Ralph is the Distinguished Engineer for IBM Cloud, SRE. He created and leads the new Site Reliability Engineering strategy that keep the lights on for the IBM Kubernetes Service in IBM Cloud. The goal is to deliver high quality services to enable customers to deploy into the cloud quickly and easily providing operational excellence for those services. Working closely with Kubernetes, Docker, CNCF and other open source to create, deliver and operate the IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service.
